Well, we found the rain and the jungle!
We spent the day driving to Varkala. We made a stop along the way at the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, which was very cool but we weren't allowed to take pictures up close.
After lunch we continued to our resort, which is by the Indian Ocean! I got a little too excited and soaked my pants, but it was worth it! We then walked around to take pictures. One of the things I love about visiting different countries is the different plants, so I adore all the coconut trees!
We're just finished dinner, and then we're going to relax in our room. We're looking forward to it because we have a nice balcony to sit on and take advantage of the breeze!
