Technically we're back in London, but I'm going to do a quick post about our two nights in Paris.
So on the first night, we went to the Eiffel Tower! We climbed up to the second level, and then took the elevator to the very top.
The second day, we had some free time. We were dropped off near the Arc de Triomphe, and quickly made our way to the Louvre by walking down the Champs-Élysées. We passed the Luxor Obelisk on the way. Once there, we saw some highlights - The Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, the Nike of Samothrace. Some of us then walked to Notre Dame (and passed the Pont des Arts on way, the bridge covered in love locks). We took some pictures outside of Notre Dame but the line was far too long to go inside. We then had to meet up with our entire tour group for a fancy dinner and a cabaret show. Then we went to bed, and basically spent all of today driving. Tomorrow, we're on the way back to Canada!
