Munich, Germany

Julie

I don't know what the internet will be like tonight, so I'm doing a quick update with my phone.

Yesterday afternoon we arrived in Munich. Some of us went on a bike tour to see some of the sights. It was a nice way to see a lot of the city in a short period of time. I don't remember most of the details, but here are some pictures! In the first picture in the second row, there is a little gold lion. Apparently rubbing it is good luck, so we all did (of course).

Those last two are from the English Gardens. Apparently surfing on the river there is very popular, so we watched that guy for a bit before finishing the tour.

We got dinner Hofbräuhaus, the largest (and most chaotic!) beerhouse. Afterwards we had a few calm hours in our hostel before going to bed.
